The Colonnade Hotel (DoubleTree) is approximately 45 minutes from the BWI Airport. The program begins promptly at 6pm on Sunday evening and concludes at noon on Saturday. Students arriving at BWI should rent a vehicle or use a taxi service.

R.L. Oatman & Associates will make all the necessary arrangements at the Colonnade Hotel in Baltimore, MD. Students will be provided with single occupancy lodging for the duration of their stay. If additional nights are required (at the student’s expense) R.L. Oatman and Associates will make the reservations.
